Eat the same shit every day and it’ll kill you.
Somewhere in the world, the barn is falling apart
with the mice still inside–
It echoes in the temples of the fat summer flies.
Then who is left to bless this dirty winter world?
Not we, who reap the salt of scorched earth
While we turn our eyes to Rorschach stars.
