Displaced speaks on poverty and the loss of childhood. As we grow older and face these very real fears of losing our employment and our home, we also face losing our childhood  innocence and wonder, as well as our senses of security and purpose. We may try to roughly cast aside our childhoods and pasts, rather than embracing them.
